Just like anyone who wants to play guitar, I had trouble when I was in the earlier stages of my playing, feeling rhythm and strumming correctly. I read books and watched videos but…

I still felt lost with the song rhythms and strum directions. Thinking "STRUM DOWN-UP" was pointless, useless and discouraging.

I felt like all those hours I was putting in were being tossed in the trash for the results I wasn't getting.

At my lowest point, I felt like giving up just to avoid playing beautiful guitar rhythms from start to finish. I told myself random riffs, noodling a few notes and relying on a rhythm guitarist would be enough to get me through.

Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.

Wrong.

But that was enough to make me change.

Instead of throwing in the towel, I spent hours practicing, hiring a couple amazing teachers, and working on my skills of rhythmic dictation, listening and strumming.

That’s when I FINALLY cracked the code.

For the first time ever, I went from feeling defeated and broken on the guitar to masterful in just 6 weeks.

All because of one decision I made, in a single moment.

The best part? It's a clear-cut, systematic way of thinking and practicing that you'll be able to replicate over and over again to learn your favorite rhythms quickly.

So why am I sharing this story with you?

I want to share this transformation with as many people as possible.

For the past few months, I’ve been planning something new that’s going to allow you to experience that as well. The curriculum is finally completed!

The optimal student will be able to make basic guitar chords and basic strums already.

So, how does it work??

This workshop will be held from the first week of May 2022 through the end of the second week of June 2022.
We will meet online for an hour per week via Zoom in the evening. It is a secure meeting link with a password. Please download zoom onto your phone or tablet or computer to get the most out of our meetings. I will be conducting the workshop and you will have a smart phone, tablet, or computer with a reliable internet connection. You can keep your line muted; you do not have to play in front of class (unless you want to!) The class will be 45 mins of lesson material and 15-20 minutes for questions, concerns, etc.
You and I can then meet (online, likely) weekly for a quick in and out progress check…or, you can upload videos of your playing to your private folder to your heart’s content and I will watch them and provide you meaningful feedback.
Each week will have it’s own practice plan, tabs/sheet music, and video to watch in case you miss the meeting. You’ll have access to the workshop lessons forever!
The fee is $250 for the entire six weeks, which is about 30% less than traditional lessons - while you are getting much more instruction and resources in a fun, interactive way.
